6 Unit Townhomes
Project Details
The project entails the design and analysis of a six-unit, three-story residential building with a roof deck. The structural system features reinforced concrete framing for enhanced load-bearing capacity, complemented by CMU (concrete masonry unit) walls for lateral and vertical load resistance. The foundation system includes isolated footings for concentrated column loads, wall footings to support load-bearing walls, and a slab-on-grade to provide a stable base for the structure. The design prioritizes structural integrity, durability, and compliance with applicable codes, accommodating both gravity and lateral load requirements effectively.
