The issues were that the structure is built on cribs and is in the water on an island. They worked through many design possibilities before determining which was the optimal conclusion for both structural integrity and consideration of materials (eg. steel beams were ruled out due to weight and barging limitations). They were prompt with replies and their communication skills at explaining difficult options were excellent. I would highly recommend.
