Project Details

This mixed-use development located on West Main Street in the heart of Bound Brook, New Jersey, combines both retail and residential spaces in a well-integrated, modern design that complements the local aesthetic heritage. The first floor hosts a variety of retail and boutique businesses, all benefiting from street frontage to maximize visibility. Above the retail level, three floors are dedicated to parking, providing ample space for residents and customers.

The residential tower occupies the upper portion of the building and consists of two- and three-bedroom apartments, all serviced by three elevators for efficient access. Each residential unit is allocated one dedicated parking space within the building.

The rooftop features a luxurious pool, offering residents a private retreat with scenic views. Residential access is provided through a beautifully designed glass cantilevered canopy, which serves as a prominent architectural feature of the building.

The design takes great care in reflecting the historic character of Bound Brook, incorporating red-faced brick on the exterior, with large open expanses divided into vertical bays by brick pillars to complement the local architectural style. The structural integrity of the building was meticulously planned to ensure safety and stability, with a reinforced concrete foundation and steel frame system. Additionally, the roof and cantilevered canopy were designed to support the additional loads while maintaining the building’s aesthetic appeal.
