Project Details

An existing theater has been converted into a two-story veterinarian facility, encompassing a total floor area of 13,190 sq. ft. The structural modifications include the addition of a new floor level framed with steel beams and timber floor joists to accommodate the expanded space requirements. The existing tapered roof beams have been retained, with supplemental steel columns extending to the roof to provide additional support for new MEP equipment. The structural design ensures integration of the new and existing elements, maintaining stability and functionality while adhering to the building code requirements for adaptive reuse.
