Proposed Restaurant and Office
Project Details
This 2-story, 3,480-square-foot restaurant and office building is designed to harmonize functionality with architectural elegance, offering a structurally sound and welcoming environment. The structural system incorporates steel tube columns and wide flange beams to support floors and roofs, ensuring strength and durability. Open-web truss joists or I-joists are utilized to accommodate large open spaces, such as the dining area, promoting a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Exterior walls consist of infill regular stud walls, aligning seamlessly with the steel tube columns for a cohesive aesthetic.
Additional features include a steel frame for pergolas, trellises, and an exterior staircase, combining utility with visual appeal. The ground floor is elevated using geofoam, eliminating the need for a crawlspace and enhancing efficiency in construction. The design also accounts for essential operational elements, such as a grease trap and kitchen hood, ensuring the facility meets all functional and regulatory requirements. This integrated approach creates a versatile and aesthetically pleasing space suitable for both dining and professional use.
