Project Details: Structural scope involves the design and analysis of a braced steel frame commercial building, featuring SJI (Steel Joist Institute) roof joists and light-gauge steel trusses for the roofing system. The foundation system incorporates a combination of driven piles, pile caps, and strip footings to support the superstructure, ensuring stability and efficient load transfer to the subsoil. The design will account for lateral loads through the braced steel frame, while maintaining structural efficiency and code compliance for both gravity and lateral load demands.
