Two – Story Commercial Unit
Project Details
The proposed project involves the construction of a two-story commercial building designed to accommodate both a car showroom and office spaces. The primary structural framework consists of hot-rolled steel portal frames, providing robust support for the large open spans required for the showroom area. Cold-formed steel purlins and girts are used to support the roof system, offering an efficient, lightweight, and cost-effective solution for the building’s overhead structure. Timber floor joists are utilized for the office spaces, ensuring flexibility and ease of installation for the interior layout.
The foundation is designed with reinforced concrete pad footings, carefully sized to ensure stability and proper load distribution for the structure. This foundation design addresses the specific soil conditions and load requirements, ensuring the building’s long-term durability and safety.
Overall, the combination of hot-rolled steel frames, cold-formed steel elements, timber framing, and reinforced concrete foundations creates a balanced, functional, and sustainable design suitable for both commercial showroom and office use.
