Project Details

The project entails the construction of an office/recreation building and a pavilion, designed to provide flexible, functional spaces. The primary structural system is composed of steel portal frames, which offer robust support and allow for efficient load distribution across the building. These frames are complemented by cold-formed steel purlins, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution for the roof structure while maintaining structural integrity.

The foundation system consists of reinforced concrete pad footings, designed to accommodate the loads from the steel portal frames and ensure the building’s stability. The footings are strategically placed and dimensioned to meet the site-specific soil conditions and support the overall structure.

This design creates a well-balanced, durable, and adaptable facility, ideal for both office and recreational purposes, while ensuring long-term sustainability and structural reliability.
